We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to join our Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in performing diagnostic radiographic procedures, including specialized X-rays as needed. As an X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining safety standards.

  • Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with medical colleges and institutes

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances

  • Promote a positive, ethical, and compliant work environment

3. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant clinical and soft-skills training

  • Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans

4. HR Operations & Compliance
