Modern Research Work

MDRC is a premier diagnostics and research institute in the country. It does research work in both Laboratory and Radiology. There is increased emphasis on reseach activity after the addition of Molecular lab in 2018. We are actively expanding our research capabilities and our vision is to establish a modern research center with the objective of contributing to understanding the molecular mechanism behind various diseases and developing novel diagnostic methods for detection of these diseases . In the recent time we have invested significantly in developing the research capabilities which include manpower, equipment and infrastructure.

The MDRC at New Railway Road, Gurgaon, Haryana has a thriving research infrastructure enabling hi-tech research in molecular genetics, molecular biology and analytical chemistry. Our scientists have on-site access to a number of high-end research equipment such as next-generation DNA sequencer, Sanger sequencer, microarray Scanner, real-time PCRs, triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS system,, microplate reader and a fluorescent microscope and many others. We also house a mammalian-cell tissue culture facility. We encourage our scientists to collaborate with other scientists and institutions for research activities and presently we are working with many eminent scientists and institutions on collaborative research projects. Our scientists have publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and we looking forward to many other publications in near future.

We invite research scientists/institutions interested in collaborative research in the area of molecular genetics, biochemical genetics, molecular biology, cytogenetics, analytical chemistry and cell biology.
