Regular health checkup helps to detect diseases early and thus prevent later sufferings. We have two schemes for routine health check up.
Five types of Health check up schemes are available.
General Health Checkup plan :
It includes the following investigations - ECG ; X-Ray chest PA view; Blood tests such as Hb, TLC, DLC, Blood sugar fasting & PP, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood cholesterol and urine routine examination. Charges for the investigation are Rs 500/-.
Executive checkup plan :
It includes the following - Physician checkup; ECG; X-Ray chest PA view; Ultra-sound scan of abdomen; Blood tests such as - Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR, blood sugar fasting & PP, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, Liver function tests (bilirubin, proteins, SGOT, SGPT, alkaline phosphatase), Lipid profile (Total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL, VLDL), Uric acid and urine routine examination. Charges for the investigation are Rs 1500/-
Executive checkup with - Heart plan :
All tests in No. 2 above with TMT and echocardiography. Rs 3500/-
Executive health check - Females :
All tests in No.2 above with mammography, Breast ultrasound and pap smear examination. Rs 3000/-
Heart check up :
Physical examination by cardiologist, ECG, X-ray, Blood sugar F & PP, Uric acid, Blood urea, Urine R/E, TMT, Echocardiography. Rs 3000/-
